Privacy Policy

General

We, the editors of alphabeticalman.com, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and follow the rules of data protection law. Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent needed to run it and to answer you. We never sell your data or pass it on to anyone for their own marketing.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and our services, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Data processing on this website

Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records some information your browser sends when you visit a page:

• Browser type and version, and your operating system
• The referring page you came from
• Your IP address and the time of the request

This data cannot be tied to a specific person, we do not combine it with any other data source, and it is deleted after routine statistical review.

Forms you fill in

When you send a message through the contact form, join the Hero Club, buy a song or make a donation, we receive the details you type in, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you, deliver what you bought, thank you, or send the emails you asked for. Copies are stored securely on our server and in our email inbox.

Payments

Song purchases and donations are processed by PayPal. When you pay, you enter your payment details on PayPal's secure checkout, not on this website. We never see or store your card number. PayPal shares the basic details we need, such as your name, email and the amount paid, so we can deliver your song or thank you. PayPal's own privacy statement applies to the information you give PayPal.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small technical files, for example to remember that a form was already sent. When you open PayPal checkout, PayPal may set its own cookies to keep payments secure. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Children's privacy

Alphabetical Man is made for kids, but this website is built for the grown ups who look after them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Hero Club and every form on this site ask for a parent or guardian's details. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Newsletter

If you join the Hero Club, we need a valid email address. A hero name is optional and is only used to say hello. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any Hero Club email or contacting us, and we will remove your address. If you contact us without joining, we only use your details to handle your request.

Data security

This website runs on an encrypted HTTPS connection, so everything you send through our forms is protected in transit. Access to personal data is limited to the few people who need it to answer you or fulfil your order, and they are bound to keep it confidential.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, where it came from, who received it and why we keep it. You can also ask us to correct it or delete it. Just email newsuperheroam@gmail.com.

Questions

Your trust matters to us. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at newsuperheroam@gmail.com or call (832) 989-7659.
